At the network meeting of the 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘇𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 (DCNM) at Leipzig University on November 12, 2025, representatives from universities, research institutions, and local authorities discussed current challenges and opportunities for supporting dual career partners. The DCNM, based at the LSN, is an active and growing community that now has 38 members. Together, we are committed to ensuring that dual career partners receive professional advice and are able to establish themselves professionally in central Germany. In this way, the DCNM makes a significant contribution to attracting skilled workers to our region.
